Update: just had our 30,000-mile maintenance done. He estimated two hours. It took maybe an hour. Good coffee too!
Probably won't get another shot @ Eric but I'll try them again in the future... long as I am met in the middle, so to speak.

Van Horn is great. Best deal on a new van anywhere - not even close. And the service staff has been great for routine maintenance. We will be lifetime customers.
I didn't end up buying a car from them (yet) but I did go through the negotiating process and they were very fair with me. I never felt pressured and although we couldn't close the deal I felt they were upfront and fair with me the entire time. I will absolutely go back there the next time I'm in the market for a new car. I know this is a weird review considering I didn't make a purchase but I felt the level of service I got was worth sharing. Buying a car is big financial commitment so I really appreciated them not being pushy sales people.
Great service department! Clean facilities. Pleasant personnel. Difficult to Negotiate but Fair price. I did recommend to a friend who needed up buying a new Jeep elsewhere because of the restrictive negotiating. Little more flexibility would have netted my friends BUSINESS?!
My repair experience was better than I hoped. My repairs took longer than estimated, but they gave me a great loaner. The people I came in contact with were great. Thanks
