Bought a new Truck Cole was great to work with. He truck had a paint issue on the bed. There body shop fixed the bed under warranty. They left a lot of bare metal. Found bare metal at the front of the bed underneath. Took it back they fixed it. Went and bought a cap for the truck. Went to have it installed and found bare metal under the bed rail covers. The body shop can't get it correct the first or second time. Went back a third time. Will never have body work done there again. Warranty and non warranty.

Went to this location with the intent of purchasing a vehicle they had in the lot. We had double checked the hours of operation the day before and the day to make sure that we would get to the dealership before it closed. We pulled into the lot (around 6:30pm) and found the car we were looking to buy. We found it odd that no one had come to greet us so I went to the sales floor door to find it locked. We then called, thinking maybe some one was inside in an office. The phones went straight to voicemail and clearly state the hours (open until 8pm). The call then disconnects and does not allow a caller to leave a voicemail. This is poor business operation. Please note that this dealership lost a sure sale due to the poor advertisement of its hours of operation.

We purchased a used Chrysler Town and Country van and had an awesome experience. Still have it after 5+ years! Will definitely buy our next vehicle from them. There repair center in Plymouth also did a great job repairing a different vehicle that had extensive damage from hitting a deer! Great people!
