I worked with Sarah to buy a car that they had listed. I did not liked being talked down to and treated as though I didn't know what kind of car I needed. I told her how much I wanted to pay for the car they had, she pretended that she had to talk to her manager to see how much they could take for the car. I spoke to her manager after I was so discussed with her and he told me how competent she was and how long she had worked there and was at the point where she could make her own offers on vehicles for sale. He didn't know she used him as an excuse to try to get more money from me. I would never go there again to buy a car. These people need customer service education.
