I wish I can give 'zero' stars for Katy- She was the buyer's agent for us. She never brought a house for us. Just signed us up for MLS database and asked us to let her know if we found something interesting. The problem was MLS got the house after it came on zillow, realtor etc. So we found houses online and she helped us with the appointment. We did not get to see 3 houses as she did not call fast enough and the houses were gone. She never returned our calls. Towards the end it got so bad she did not even bother to send reply to our text or email messages. Finally got some response from the seller's agent and we closed on the house. I would suggest you to ask around friends before picking a realtor- and definitely not Katy. With us going through the rough experience, this is the best we can do now. Had the best experience selling our home with Donna Krueger and the entire team at Avenue Real Estate! They sold our house in ONE DAY and for asking price! Every call was answered within minutes and paperwork was handled promptly. I would highly recommend them!!
We had to work with the buyer’s agent because Katy would not return calls, texts, or emails. We would have missed signing the offer on time if it had not been for the the help of the buyer’s agent. Even repeated phone messages for Katy to, “Please call and TALK to us” went unanswered. Even though our email sent box showed that we did indeed send them to the correct address, she mentioned she did not receive them. After we decided to stop wasting our time trying to talk to Katy, she did reach out when she found out that we were bypassing her, telling us that it was in our best interest to not communicate with the agent that personally brought us an offer to sign. Her unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and poor negotiating advice prompted me to write this review in an effort to keep others from having to go through the frustration that we went through.
