Today December 2, went to Cousins in Plymouth and waited approximately 15 minutes to get a gift card. The cashier did not know how to operate the cash register. My gift card she needed help on as well. People were talking about the service and waiting for food, really not that busy, however if customer service does not improve they are going to lose businesses. Wait, wait, and wait, some people in the world we live today do not have time to wait.
This past Wednesday was my first time in plymouth. I usually go to subway but I decided to try something new. So Cousin's was the place to go, here the service was terrific. Hailey (a worker who gave me great service.) Recommended the Philly cheese steak sandwich. It was fantastic! Cousin's service is great and makes great subs would definitely come back.
Went to this location a little before 7pm today and had to wait over 20 minutes for a to go order. It was two subs and three employees were working. While I was waiting one of the employees was complaining constantly and was very rude to both customers and the other employees. I have been to this location many times before and usually don’t have this big of an issue. I could tell my cashier was new and didn’t seem fully trained. The other employee yelling at him clearly didn’t help that. No one wants to go to a location wait much longer than needed and then hear that from an employee. They had one other sub besides out two to make but like mentioned above there was three employees working-not very effectively.
Every time I come here it is a long wait, and sometimes they just forget to make my sandwich. I ordered online to help skip the line and extreme wait time, and waited the 15 minutes to pick it up and they didn't even start it until 10 minutes after I got there. This isn't the first time this has happened. Another time I was standing at the pick-up counter for 15 minutes before they acknowledged me. Other times they forgot part of my order. I wish there was another Cousin's in the area, I have nothing good to say about this one.
I went to the Plymouth location around 130 pm the store was clean and the service was decent. I had no complaints with the wait the food was very good and I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are for
