Coming from Milwaukee I didn't know what to expect from a small town salon/spa. My facial was relaxing, one of the best I ever had, thanks Sarah for your attentiveness and detail! My husband gets massages on a regular basis, he thought Sandy provided an excellent massage. We will be back again!

Great service, always nice! Who would've thought an Aveda salon would be nestled away in little Plymouth? Sandy does great service and is always flexible with her appointments.

I love everything at Body and Soul especially Sandy. I have had the best hair cut and color ever!!! Best pedicure and manicures too!(and I am very picky!!!) I love the energy there and all the fun and informative classes that are held there monthly. Pampering classes, Natural Solutions classes. This place is all about feeling good and stress free. You will love it too if you check it out! I sure did!!!!
The one star is only for the pedicure which was decent. I got an express pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails applied for my wedding. I have never had fake nails put on that look so horrible! She didn't clean up underneath the nail so it looks and feels thick and "gunky." Now today (one day later) the edges are already starting to peel up around my cuticle and turn yellow! I didn't go home and eat a bag of cheetos or anything that would cause staining on my nails! I'm so upset that I have to get married with my nails looking so ridiculous! How embarrassing when people want to see the ring AND for taking pictures that I'll have to look at forever! I don't have the time or money to go and pay someone to fix them. Not sure how she is with the rest of her services but I do NOT recommend her nail services and I sure won't be going back to have her mess anything else up for me!
