The store would not give me an estimate because I have a DirectBuy membership. I was told by DirectBuy that Precision flooring worked with them however Precision Informed me they do not.which is fine. Precision would not give me a quote for countertops because of DirectBuy. All I wanted was an estimate regardless of their affiliation with DirectBuy but they refused. I quess they don't need new customers that bad. Their loss because we also needed carpet as well as countertops.
