There was a guy decorating for Christmas. Who taped off the clearance racks. I asked to look at some lights on the clearance racks. And his response was a sharp no and walk away. Went across the street to Home Depot and purchase 6 boxes of lights from there. Thanks for the help!
Terrible customer service. My son waited for 30 minutes and nobody offered him any help. I had to go ask for help. At that point I was so upset and rather wait to go to Macy’s - Boston doesn’t deserve my business. They are not friendly, act like it’s a Nordstrom or something in this small town. Coupons are always excluded.

Good deals but employees dont know how to use coupons and half the coupons dont work!! They need to get ot together!!!! Seriously!
