Our family has been a loyal customer of Jim's Auto for 10 years. Jim and his entire team (Joe, Lee, Dave, and Kevin) deliver outstanding quality work in a timely and affordable manner. In short, the work is always terrific, as well as on-time and on-budget. Our vehicles are now 15 and 14 years old, with over 283,000 and 230,000 safe, reliable miles respectively. We would never consider going anywhere else for service but Jim's. Why? I had a bit of an emergency last week when trying to return to Minnesota after vacationing in Wisconsin and ended up needing a new tire. Not only did Jim allow me to come in right before closing to determine what the problem was (and put on my spare tire), but he was able to get a new tire for me and put it on first thing the next morning so that I could be on my way. I could not be happier with the professional and prompt service I received, especially in my panicked state. Thank you so much!
